Got a cal, on a Sunday the IRS is not that there on Sunday's they are looking for older people to scam them . Told me they where taking me to court and a a law suit plus a fine . I called back the person acted a officer giving me a fake badge Number fake Case numbe read a WHole Fake script told me if I hang up I was going to jail I am young I no about this scam or been on the news they are spoofing numbers useing a computer to call people and leave a voice mail. If any people cares post these numbers on face book , twiiter any way so no body family falls vs this scam. Nobody going to jail or a law suit  nothing this a fake the IRS mails letter why would u get a call from them now. Use common sense

These idiot callers are so stupid to think the IRS operates on Sunday and the FACT that they DO NOT call you unless you've received a letter from them first stating the business they are concerned about then they MIGHT call you if you don't respond to the letter ( I know this for a fact)

Caller ID lists:  Kimberly Thompson.  Multiple calls about "incorrect extension" and messages left about "law enforcement appearing at your doorstep."

I  decided to call 'him' back.  He was antagonistic... :"What have you done?"  I told him that I had the IRS webpage up and was perfectly willing call the Commissioner of the IRS to "check his badge number."  He said,"How do you know I'm from the IRS?"  I suggested he google his own number:  that his scam was all over the net. He told me to "suck his a-hole" and that he would "get me."  I asked if this was a personal threat, and challenged him to get any policing authority to show up at my home with a warrant.  He then said he would "f--- my a...hole."  I told him to get a different number, that he was all over the net, and that I had reported him to the IRS, FBI, and the Federal Trade Commission  I told him then that he was preying on the old, the ignorant,and the poor, and that we would put him out of business.  His answer was "f___ you!"  My suggestion:  call this guy back and challenge him.  His only response is nasty expletives.  HARASS HIM!  Play back his game!

Just posted on another site regarding this call.  I called this guy back, told him I had reported him the the IRS, the FBI, and the FTC.  His response was that I should "suck his a---hole."  !!!!  He said he "would get me," that the police were near my door, and that if I didn't work with him I would go to jail.  I asked him if he really believed that anyone would show up at my house with a warrant;  he then simply said "F___ you!" and that he would "get me."  I told him that I was recording his call, and that his threat was going to be reported, that he was preying on the elderly, the ignorant, and the poor.  Another expletive.  My suggestion: harass him back!  I know he'll only get another phone number, but he'll keep calling if you don't call back and tell him you know what he's doing.  Apparently these guys have made over $13 million from scaring people into paying what they don't owe anyone. I have now  called him three times to inform him that I know he's a scam artist;  he started out saying the police were on their way... I challenged him, and said that when the police showed up with a warrant, I was sure it wouldn't come from him.  I say, CALL HIM BACK!  Harass him the way he's harrassing us! And call the FBI and report the number...
