Katrina. Wiilson sent me an emal as I requested so I call back she request large amoumt she stated i did not realize the seriously trouble. I am in states 3 charges against me will not even consider I can't pay that much and will not even consider less every two weeks to show i am trying

First, get their company name, physical address and who the original debt or debts are with.  Get it in writing, in the mail.  Do not accept e-mail or fax.  Is it for something you recognize?  Also, you can not be prosecuted for not paying debts.  It is a civil matter, not criminal.  There is a good chance this is a scam and they are playing on your fear.  There are others on this forum who can give you more detailed advice than I can.  Search other threads for advice on what to do.

SCAM! SCAM!  SCAM!!!! If it is a debt collector, they must ID themselves as such, and the company they are calling from!!  Debt collectors and/or the IRS do not you email you notices!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO AT ALL!
