I received the same call today.  I hung up on the guy.  They are trying to tell me I took out a loan with TCF bank which was not true.

Received a call stated he had a summons to appear in court wanted to verify information.  When I told him to notify me by mail because I refuse to verify anything over the phone he called me a "smart [***]".  Received a similar call two weeks ago from a different number.

same as everyone else received a call from these people ask me to verify info on the phone they had and they were going to send a summons for court for a loan I received online I told them if I owed them the money I would happily pay but first they needed to send me complete document showing where the loan originated the dates it was placed into my account in the dates that it was due to be paid back full contract documents I have not received anything receive the call again from them ask them when they were going to send that stuff to me they said they were not going to wait for that stuff to come through the mail they would send it to me email I said no I wanted it in the mail the guy said well we'll see you in court and hung up on me considering I've been getting these exact same calls for over a year now haven't seen court yet

I have been receiving the calls for about a month stating I had an online pay day loan in 2011 through advance america cash advance, loan approved through archway (I've never done a pay day loan) I contacted the department of consumer credit  in Oklahoma and they stated I have no outstanding pay day loans.

They are trying to get you to pay for a loan or something claiming you owe.
