Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code.  I'm very confused and I'm scared it may be someone tryin to hack my phone.. How do I protect myself??

This number is a survey number.  I called on my Best Buy credit card and stated that I would participate in a customer satisfaction survey.  The 865-6696 is the automated number that calls for the survey...maybe that's why there's no area code.

I have been getting at least 3 calls per day for the last 3 weeks from this 865-6696 phone number an up til today I've never answered it. They also never leave a message just keep calling back over and over and over again.

I answered it today, and immediately it hung up on me.  I recently used craigslist for some job applications and believe these calls are associated with craigslist.
