i keep getting these phone calls from a SCOTT POTTER OR JOHN MORRISON saying they have two cases to be served on me which i know for a fact that people serve IN PERSON not by phone and also what scares me is they tell me i owe like over 4 grand in attorney fees and legal fees but wont tell me for who or what. they need my credit card info over the phone to take care of the matter now at a much lower amount.  i was born in the dark but not last night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These idiots keep changing their number with every number we block. They cannot Serve legal anything over the phone, ever. Mr John [***] Morrison likes to Leave messages for someone that surely isn't me. Mr [***] Morrison also claims he works with the state of Nevada legal servicing, Fraud and warrants department. There is no such office or department of any kind called that.  He also claims that the person he is trying to reach is being investigated for fraud. This is a big debt collector no no. These idiots can get in big trouble for this kind of practice. The problem is,  No one wants to report these idiots. Report them and record any and all voicemails they leave. If you pick up the phone,  tell THEM you are recording the conversation and record every word these idiots say. It's time to report these idiots!

Called my business demanding payment with an automated message.  I called the number back and asked what they wanted.  He said his name was Felicia, he didn't believe he called me and I should take a big ole chill pill and call someone else.

This number calls several times a day indicating there are 2 civil action suits filed they need to serve and if they don't serve by tomorrow there will be a bench warrant issued. They request $$ now to clear it up and will only take a credit card over the phone!!!  THIS IS A SCAM!

This people keep on calling me and they keep on telling my family all this things that I owe and that they will have a bench warrant out if I do not pay.
