The number displayed to the public is coming from an automated faxing system, RightFax. This service is apparently being used with several of their hospitals across a geographic area. The issue is that the person entering in the phone number to fax information to is entering the wrong number. Typically, RightFax is setup to make 10 attempts and then consider the faxing attempt a failure. Unfortunately, calling the other number listed here will not help.  The only thing you can do is let it fail.

This number has called me atleast 20 time in the last 2 days!!! SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!! The thing is, it calls TONS of times VERY early in the morning! Then around noonish it seems to stop. Could someone explain this??!!

I get calls from this number several times a day every day. When I answer it sounds like a fax when I don't answer they just keep calling...as I type they are calling me again! lol please help this to stop it is interrupting my work.

The 214-818-9999 is a fax # from Baylor Medical sending patient info. Your phone # is entered in their directory by mistake.  Call 817-922-1054 or 866-402-1661 and let them know, they will fix the mistake.
