They called my cell phone at 2:50pm today.  I didn't answer, but the auto call left a partial VM about 'lowering my credit rates, or press 3 to discontinue services.'  It's another scam.  Don't know if they are spoofing a local number though since I don't see it reported anywhere else yet.
