Robocall scam. NEW SCAM IN USE: DO NOT SAY "YES"!! It will be recorded to be used as evidence you agreed to something. Better yet, don't say *anything* to a robocaller.
Another variation of this scam starts with "Can you hear me now?" I just answer, "No, because I'm not listening :) "
