I received a call at 4:10 p.m today. I didn't answer considering its missing two numbers. That's pretty sketchy in my book. Whoever it was, didn't leave a voicemail either.

I have never had a call with only 8 digits.  I got a call from this number today.  As usual I didn't answer and no message was left.  Caller ID listed number as 2-147-6425.  What's up with this?
