received call with this number displayed on the caller ID.  Caller says she is "Investigator Morgan" and there will be a hearing on a mortgage case today and that she needs to speak with me.  Left a different number to call her back (214-391-6128).  Looked up the number off caller ID and it is the Dallas County.  I do not have a mortgage so I believe this is a collector using the Dallas County phone number on their caller ID in order to scare me into calling them back.
