They call and leave a message. Not saying who they are calling for or who they represent. It's a gentleman assirtively threatening that this is the last time before they proceed action. Than automated voice says a file number. I never answer #'s I'm unfamiliar with. And I definitely don't call back when they give me nothing concrete to go on. Especially since I don't have any outstanding bills. Sorry! Not interested! BLOCKED
