My wife received call from the number multi times.  Vision Financial (collect agent)?

Called with no caller ID and left no message.

Called back and asked if I was so & so.  I said no and asked them who they are and he mumbled something Financial.  He then hung up before I could ask anything else.

From their behavior, I'm 99% certain it is a collection company.
