Several phone calls from this number within an hour ($) and no-one answers

Called four times in 45 minutes. Asked if I was the home owner. Asked who was calling and they mumbled something about Canadian mortgage. Thanks again Do not call list.

They called - and then were silent on the phone - I hung up.

Called today 6 times. I never answered and no messages were left.

Called about 6 or 7 times, no messages were left, and when I answered the other end of the line went silent and eventually the tone came up on the other end.  The phone number on my caller id was shown as 214-736-2513.
