Called and said his name is Marshall Cross calling from ABC processing from Carollton, Texas. When I looked up the website for ABC Processing they are located in California. Im confused and they were threatening me too. What should I do cause they would call my home, cell and even work place...? Frustrated.

A Mr. Marshall Cross claims he has a summons to be delivered from a J&K Courier service. Never been to Texas.
