I have caller ID on my phone & the ability to block unwanted calls. Didn't answer and since  my computer was on,  quickly looked it up.  Said Dallas area code.  I don't answer any call I don't know - if it is truly for us they will leave a message.  After reading the notes it got put on do not call list.  They will keep calling on block but my phone will  it to either ring one time or not ring at all.  I'll probably put it on the do not call lists but letting my phone take care of it keeps me from losing concentration on what I'm doing.

Called my cell. I answered & instantly hung up. Don't know anyone in Grand Prairie, TX.

Called 3 times today & then recalled when I hung up on them.  The lady could hardly speak English and definitely did not work for Microsoft Windows.  Tried to get me to download software and check for a "Very bad virus"... scammer!!

Someone is calling us repeatedly from this number, even at midnight!

Just had some fun with the "Microsoft problem with your computer" asshat.  I kept him on the line, playing dumb, etc. Told him my computers were 6 floors down and I had a bad leg. After he was on hold for 10 minutes, he asked me to start my computer. I played a youtube video collection of mac startup and other mac sounds from the last 25 years.  (I am Windows free btw - nothing but Macs.) He asked how many computers I had - I told him 5 or 6 hundred and he still kept going! After some more foolishness on my part I finally got bored, told him I was tired of playing and hung up. Lots of fun!
