This caller continues to call even when I repeatedly ask to be take off their call list. Is this Southern Journeys?

This caller will call repeatedly.  I received 6 calls from this number in l

They won't stop calling me

this numer called me 5x's and each time I call it back ,it says it is a marketing call and hangs up  so I can't tell them to to take off there phone list !  stop calling from 214-666-8356!!!!!

they've called me 4 times today, 2 times within a 5 minute span. They have not left any messages. The reverse phn number look up said it is a company called 'Level 3 Communications'. which doesnt mean anything to me.
