No message and they call non stop sometimes back to back in 10 min. intervals

Have had 18 calls starting at 8:30 AM, 10 hang-up messages today so far. Answered the 18th call at 3:10 PM and they identified themselves as Academic Advisors. Told them to take me off of their list.
