Got phone calls from these same jokers last month, Dec 20, saying I would have court proceedings against me.  Called them back then, they were the law office of california, now they're some BS outfit in "Texas, Houston."  The Punjab read off information, I asked him questions and he ranted how I'm a "motherf###er" and he had sex with my mom all because I asked to call him Jimmy instead of James Brown.  Bottom line, do not fill out any online payday loan info, this IS how they got it.  Do NOT answer Yes to any questions if you get them on the phone, they can use a simple Yes asking if you are whoever they are asking for or if your phone number matches in ways to make things difficult.  If you call them back, at least if you're on hold they have a recording for MobileJack or whatever, telling you how to get free minutes.  These pitiful excuses for life just recycle their pay as you go and change the state every month.  CYA-tell your bank, credit bureaus, and change your number.

this number is calling both my office number and cell number.  I do not answer it but how do I get them to stop calling me and how did they get the last 4 digits of my SS#?

I received a call from this number, and a man with a thick pakistanian accent was on the other line. He was threatening us with federal charges. He said we could settle out of court if I give him my debit card number. This was because of payday loan. This is a scam!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO!!!!!

OMG i received a call from tis number, and a man with a stupid accent was talking to me.   He told me that I owe like $400.00 and I told him that I don't like to give my debit card # over the phone and he told me that I can give him a Wal-Mart prepaid card to him over the phone like REALLY they are all a scam and they need to stop calling my phone. DON'T GIVE ANY INFO IF THEY CALL  U.

Also whe I told him that I am not going to give him any information he was like oh god and everyting.
