it started as just another anoying call from someone i never heard of. Then the man went to threatening to cut off my income if I didn't pay him 300 dollars. i got angry and cussed him out he called back repeatedly and went to threatening death to all here if i didn't pay him. it came in at642 central time and continued for about three minutes until I turned my phone off.

File a complaint with both your local LE and your phone company.  Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
