Problem is, you have to find them, and you have to sue them in their home town, not yours.  You might me able to recoop your costs of the flight out there, though.  Bigger problem is that most of these people are not legitimate telemarketers.  They are scam artists with spoofed numbers, so it's much more difficult to track them down and sue them or get them arrested.

Obnoxious A-hole telemarketer selling CC proccessing for a company called Amazon processing (NO CONNECTION TO AMAZON.COM) who continues to argue with you when you tell him to put you on the do not call list or that you're not interested.

No matter who they say they are, it's a bad way to promote their business.  Easy to tell when it's someone wanting to sell rather than someone wanting to buy.  

MERCHANT SVC  please have the courtesy to do your research on the Internet rather than calling people on the telephone and wasting their time.  We're not going to give you any information over the telephone.

You can also call Nationwide Referral Service in New Jersey at 732-544-4045. They are behind it too.

What they are doing is ILLEGAL people.  Put a stop to it!

Try what I do. When the phone rings and I see that, or any other, agravating number I wait until I hear someone on the other end answer then bang the phone on the desk. Not too hard though, it's not the phone's fault! They will stop calling, believe me! Or maybe if you can whistle really loudly, try that too.
