Ignore those communications. If there is an outstanding debt that is legitimate then they must send you a copy of the debt with all particulars and it must be sent by US mail. E-mail no good. If they won't do this, then tell them that you are not giving them anything.
They are throwing around a lot of legal terms that are essentially worthless. This is typical of kitchen-table debt scammers. There is no court case and no warrant. Ordinary civil debt is a civil matter. No arrests are involved. Police are not involved. Warrants are only issued by judges and then only to law enforcement agencies. Debt collectors cannot get warrants for anything.
Do not talk to them, DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT give them any credit card numbers or financial information!
