who are these people?

This rude lady calls for someone named Maria and I call back to tell her that no one by that name is at this # and that its been my # for 8 years ... She proceeds to start making a 3 way call ...I ask her to stop calling me for a court summons for Maria...she won't stop running her [removed:lang] mouth long enough to hear my phone # read back to her...then she hangs up on me. Stupid [removed:lang] then answers the phone with a threat of harassment charges if I don't stop calling her phone.  ( I called 2 times) lol scammers for sure!!!!!

This rude lady is calling me claiming that she has a summons for me to appear in court, she had call from another number about three months ago. I told her she has no such summmons because I checked, then she stop calling today and yesterday I have received two voicemail from her and I am on the do not call registery. She a scammer because the information she has is about 7 years old. Some needs to put a stop to her.

Second time I got a call from this guy - Allen White.  He said he is a process server and has legal document to serve me regarding a possible suit in my county.  He said it was time sensitive and that I needed to call him immediately.  I'm sure this is a scam!

I recieved a call from Allen White stating that he is a processor and that he has time sensitive documents to deliver to my employer for a summons filed against me in my county.  He stated that if I didnt reply within 24 hours to this number 214-613-1210, which is his cell phone number that he would turn back over to Dekab county and a warrant for my arrest would be issued.

They can't threaten you with arrest.  It is a scam.  Ignore them and do not answer or return their calls.
