We are a Call Center that sells Newspaper Subscriptions all accross the USA and Canada.

If you answered the phone and received a dial tone or "hang up", I am sorry this happened.  The call was disconnected from our auto-dialer since all of operators were busy talking to potential customers.I know this is frustrating, but we are in compliance with the FCC regulations on these types of software issues.  As technology continues to advance, eventuallly a new software for Call Centers will discontinue the "hang ups".

If you want to be removed from our calling list, simply call 214.352.1123 or email contact@circulationiii.com.

Sincerely,

John V. Dinan III
President

I have been getting called from this number almost everyday on my work phone number.

John, I find it very hard to believe that you are in compliance with the FCC. Have you ever heard of the do not call list??????
