It was an woman from India selling life insurance. After asking for me by name she said that she was calling from America using Skype.I told her she was in violation of federal law and that I was making a formal complaint to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2
I then asked her for her home phone number so that I could call her at 2:00 AM her local time. I then told her to go F**K herself. I then added 214-568-4597 on my phone's block list so from now on she will get a recorded message saying that I was not taking calls.
