This is the latest in a series of odd calls to my cell phone. In addition to the dozens of aggravating robocalls that try my patience, every week I receive two or three fake calls from various numbers that all have the same area code and prefix as my own cell. I have to conclude that the same person (or robo-dialer) is spoofing all those numbers in hopes that I will answer what seems to be a call from a nearby neighbor or family member. The four final digits are different each time, and none of the numbers have a history on 800-notes. 214-532-7479 is the most recent in this chain of calls. Like all junk calls, they never leave a message.
