This is Prime Financial Service.  They are the billing company for Methodist Hospitals in Dallas, TX.   I spoke with Julie at the office and she informed me that they are having issues with their dialer at the moment.  Instead of connecting the case worker it just hangs up.

I've been a patient at Methodist several times, I owe about 20 grande after insurance and P.F.S.  has been helping me make minimum payments for years.  These aren't the bad ones, honestly, they aren't out making threats or turning you into the credit bureau.  If I need to skip a payment for any reason I just call them up and let them know, they are very helpful.

The only reason they have your phone number is if you've been a patient at that hospital and the only reason they would call is to make payment arrangements on an outstanding bill.  They are actually an internal part of Methodist Hospital, and not an outside collecting agency, and they are able and willing to help you out.  I've been a patient at Methodist several times, I owe about 20 grande after insurance and P.F.S.  has been helping me make minimum payments for years.

after killing my mother due to fraud and incompetence, Methodist has a lot of nerve calling me.  further they knew my mother was dead but the collector had the balls to ask for a copy of the death certificate.  if you find yourself dying in Oak Cliff- drag yourself over broken glass to get to the levee so DFR will take you to UTSW.  talk to Ms. Lawless at Methodist about her risk management problems.
