"Canadian Pharmacy" (that's what they call themselves) calling via a spoofed number. They can't be blocked and the DNC list is useless. They operate outside the U.S. and beyond the reach of U.S. law; that's why the DNC and call-blocking are useless. They will simply start spoofing another fake number and call again.
