They called my cell phone too - the caller id said "Call Forwarded" thats weird!!!

these folks leave a message to call 888-583-7431 and left a message regarding a law suit.

I just received a text message from this number that says your payday loan acct is scheduled for 4/9/14, w/ the banking info submitted on loan application.  Questions please call:  214-484-0062.  FUNNY:  I did NOT apply for any payday loan with anyone....let alone this fraudulent company.  This is obvious a scam because I typed this out just as it came out on my phone......errors and all.  ALSO:  I just happen to be on the  phone with my bank and let them know of this.  So they will be on the lookout for this fraudulent activity IF anything comes up.  

I got the same message not over 10 minutes ago texted to my cellphone.

I got the same text msg, can they really take money out?
