Autoverification on caller id. Zach asked for my husband. When I asked what it was in reference too. He assumed I was the spouse, did not confirm. He mentioned a vehicle. I said 'we are fine with it. Please remove us from your list.' He responded 'I won't. I won't.' and hung up.

Call from Delaware Services pre-legal something about a claim against me sounds like a scam if it's legit they would send a certified letter.

I received the exact same call at my work place. Because I have been harrassed by idiots like this one for the past year I have learned to ignore them and like you said, If they were legit they would send a letter.
