R2 Logistics.
Guy (who sounded like he would rather be ANYWHERE ELSE than making cold calls) asked for our shipping director.

Per the usual, I told him that I couldn't transfer him without a name, but I could give him an e-mail where he could send any information.
His response?
"Well, that doesn't sound promising..." SLAM.

I don't wanna tell you how to do you job, R2 Logistics, but this isn't how you're ever going to get through to our logistics guy. He gets hundreds of calls a week, and the only way he'll remember you exist is if you send an email that he can save in a folder.
But You've made my list, so you won't even get that much.

This guy just called me as well.   I said the same thing, no name no transfer.   Tried to give fax where he could send information and he just hung up.  If that is your sales pitch, then the service must be horrible!!

Called again, being a real class-a jerk, asking questions and getting smart. with me. (Internal logs show that repeatedly they've called, and been told the same thing...no transfer without a name, and offered email address they've refused every time)
Look, buddy, if we ever plan on using a third-rate logistic company, it won't be y'all. If you aren't respectful, you aren't someone we're interested in working with.
