Exactly. I do not answer calls I do not recognize. My voicemail clearly states "if this call is important please leave a message and I will get back to you" no voicemail. No importance.

t m smithson jr  got it right.  It is phishing, and when you answer they make money selling your number to hundreds of other scammers.   Don't answer calls you do not recognize.  I got the call also today , Monday and o on Sunday night.
