No message. Callback says "number is not in service." Clearly just another scam.

Called at 7 AM. Caller ID showed "Texas Call," and this #. Let it ring and they left no message. Here we go again, Florida and now Texas. Don't know anyone in Texas and leery of answering unknown calls.
