Received this call today.  When I answered all I heard was a male voice speaking very loudly and fast in Spanish.  I ignored the call and hung up suspecting it to be a scam of some sort.

It was talking about Obamacare but then I hung up.

Thought it had to be political immigration propaganda.  Lady was yelling in recorded message.  I hung up and redialed only to get double timed busy signal.  Other website says it is a landline in Dallas.
