The caller ID, "2144295913", is a repeat of the caller's alleged phone number. However, I know this is an illegitimate phone number. The 429 exchange is an "extended metropolitan number" ('metro') in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. I know for a fact that 817-429-5913 is in use by someone and the way metro numbers work, 214-429-5913 would conflict with 817-429-5913 and therefore 214-429-5913 is illegitimate.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell you who is using this illegitimate number.
