I did as well. They asked if Joe was there, then hung up. Called the number back and it says it's out of service... What nonsense.

I got a phone call from this number.It is same like Joe.Exactly same things happen to me.I could not reach too and I heard above message.

This person has called me at least 11 times since around maybe 12 and its only 3 o'clock i call n=back the number doesn't exist i answered once i could breathing and they did not answer and hung up.
