They are a collection agency. I had 10 calls (literally) from them. Every time I would pick up  they would hand up!! REALLY?

I called back and they told me they had a phone glitch (they had been calling for 5 days in a row) to my work #.

Called several times, I called back and got answered by music for about 1 minute, then the line rang 5 times before I got a message that said something like "Thank you for calling Oil Capital.  We are not available to take your call...".
