214-400-4616 Callers claim to be nurses from physician's clinic in the North Texas region. Callers are located in or near Midlothian Texas on Ramsey Street. These CRIMINALS have actually printed Fake/Fraudulent letters & documents included with the physician's FORGED name signature & sent them to actual patients! They have contacted pharmacies concerning patients prescriptions! Occassionally a Hispanic speaking guy will answer this phone(Metropcs mobile/Nwire Plc) & he claims to be the Doctor's Answering Service for the Doctor's personal private pager. BEWARE!!! 1. Physician is not located anywhere near Midlothian or have those types of phone numbers! 2. None of the four nurses have the names of Yazmine or Maria. 3. Physician is not even close to being Hispanic! 4. This number 214-400-4616 shows up on a website for Music Downloads!  BEWARE!!! DON'T BELIEVE A SINGLE WORD OF THESE CRIMINALS!
