214-396-5700 is for Operation Lookout. Listed on many sites as one of the worst charities in the country. The phone solicitors they use get to keep 82% of all the money the get donated. Several states have banned them from soliciting. They are currently hitting Texas hard. Do not give to them. If your number is listed on a state or the national "no-call list" go online and report them. Even though they are technically a charity reporting them is the only way to stop them from scamming.
