I received a call from this number. The person said that he was from the Federal Government and he said that there was a claim against me and my Social Security number, and a warrant will be issued in a few days. They wanted me to confirm my social security number. I told them that I would not give them anything and hung up.

I received a call from this number. The woman confirmed it was me and read off my address and said  the company wanted to make a cash offer on my house.  I hung up the call without another word. I had heard about fraudulent callers recording people saying specific words.  Looked up the number and here it is. Beware.
