I got one too.  No message

I don't know what the message was...deleted it before I could listen to it by mistake.  Called back. 1st time, it just rang and rang until it disconnected.  2nd and 3rd time, recording said Commonwealth Financial Systems.  Calling for ???

This company calls three or four times a week. They always ask for the same person, it is auto dialed so there is usually no one on the line at first. I've told them every time I have spoken to them that the person they are looking for no longer has this number and to take it off of their call list and they continue to call

I knew it was a debt collector calling for the people that had the number before me.  This has been going on for 8 years.  I get the calls stopped then they sell the old debt to someone else and it starts over.  This time when I was connected a man said "finance, how may I help you?".  I responded "I don't know, you called me" and then he hung up on me.
