CID says "N A D"  Call originates from the Dallas, TX area.  Call hangs up without any communication after about 10 seconds.  Annoying!

Got a call from this number on my cell.  Didn't pick up, so got a 30 second voicemail (almost certainly a recording) about how I can lower my interest rates.  Junk call.
