I just received a phone call from this number this morning.  I missed the call and no message was left.  Apparently the number is in Dallas, TX.

Received calls from this number (214) 396-5539 as well. The information said it was from GLD. I do have student loans which are fairly recent (payments are not yet due) and not behind.  I wonder if they are checking to see if the numbers are still good or if it's a loan company trying to see if they can re-consolidate the loans for a profit?

I got a call from this number. I'm a college student, but so far don't have student loans. I didn't answer the call but I believe I got a voice mail. I haven't listened to it yet.
