Demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. This is your right under the FDCPA. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you and will be filing a lawsuit against them for harassment.

The guy from this number has been harassing my daughter for months now. Today I found out from my other daughter, that he has Googled my oldest daughters name and is now calling anyone she may be related to! It says this number is a disposable cell phone out of Dallas, TX.

Calling me too...these pricks know how to do their research.

We received a call from this number today....she claimed she was the legal secretary for the Fraudulent Check Division.  They found our number in a background check on our son and it was very important that our son contact them.

They keep calling my job..my boss and faxing information to my job saying they are conducting an investigation from the office of prolimatory  investigations in Dallas tx.,and need me and my lawyer to call them.
