Left message about a fraud cause for a person I do not even know and stated that my number was left for a contact.

They call several times a week and sometimes a day.  We ask them to send any crrespondence by mail and of course they claim they can't.  Please put an end to the drama.  

Hi Frustrated, how do you know you were speaking to Koch and Associates?  Did they tell you that's who they are?
