Instead of jacking around complaining, report it to the FCC   https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=39744  and maybe collect $16,000.  I do every one of these scum calls.

Creeps just call. Never a message. Caller ID says alivre inc. have no idea who they are. I'm on the DNCL but I guess that means nothing.
