Got a call from someone claiming to be with the "Veterans Administration" accepting donations for many very elaborate ways to help wounded veterans.  Told him we give in other ways and would not be able to help and he hung up without a reply.  Must be a scam.  Legitimate federal employees don't hang up rudely in your ear, do they?

Some one call me asking for my name and I ask who is calling they didn't want to want to tell me where are they calling from and they hang up on me , later the same day they call me again and i ask who is calling? and the where very rude they say : we want to speak with Miguel and i said yes i need to know who is calling,
about what is this call?
and they hang up on me again....
