This number keeps calling me

Seems to be a residence in Dallas, but they didn't leave a message.

CID "Out of Area"  This is the same area code I am in, so why does the very worthless AT&T pass these calls with no caller ID as out of area?  This is most likely a spoofed number coming from an over seas scammer.  This is not the first time they have called.

Caller was using autodial. Answered call took few seconds for caller to pick up.  Asked for me. Wife asked who is calling. Responded HVAC SERVICES. I requested their address and he hung up.
