It "sounds like" SBCS when I call back, but searching reveals that it's more likely to be FBCS, of which there is plenty on the Web about FBCS rather than SBCS, and they call from more than just  this number. The following is from Linked In:

Don't talk to them because it is a scam to get money they claim you owe for a pass debit.

Bottom of the barrell collection agencies still haven't caught up to Eve Taylor who dumped this phone number over 3 yers ago. No name on caller ID, just the phone number robo-calling with a female using a british accent. It gives the option to let them know it is a wrong number but from experience, that is ignored.
