Are long distance charges really all that high these days? And even if they are, 25 seconds isn't going to be a very expensive call. Better to just block and ignore.

We got a call again from this number today at 6:27 pm, and it was again blocked by our call blocker. The caller ID was still FRISCO CONF 2. Please see my post of 18 Nov 2016.
