This is a Patient Advocacy Group, a woman calls pretending to be a patient, she asks for generic information, health care cost for your group, insurance information, wants specific information about the groups contracted rates ets...  If you call back, the operators get really nervous and try to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. I think they are just a bunch of collge student working in a call center for an Advocacy Organization that employs them.

This person called pretending to make an appointment and after she had extracted all of my information, she hung up

Then called from 972-348-5833 Life Account LLC saying they were trying to get a patient in - same method of operation described above.  Time burglars!!!!

They called and got my office information.

It brought in more business to my office, so who cares?
